Just a week from now, a month-long marathon of fashion weeks kicks off in New York. Google decided to take advantage of this large-scale news feed and launched a new project that will help navigate the endless information traffic of all events of the fashion weeks. When you enter the combinations "Fashion Week" or "Designer + Fashion Week" Google Search will provide all the information you need - from the schedule of shows to the backstage. The search engine will also show exclusive comments from the designers themselves, makeup artists, posts on social networks and links to online stores where things can be bought immediately after the show. For example, catwalk items from Burberry, Tom Ford or Tommy Hilfiger can be purchased that support the “direct-to-consumer” concept (aka “see now-buy now”). Signed agreements with Google for more than 50 brands, including Marc Jacobs, Christopher Kane, Prada, Hermes. The project, led by former Maxim editor-in-chief Keith Lanfer, will run through the end of the season.
